The advanced well inspection course covers best practices and procedures regarding well inspections and well pump flow testing; the proper steps to performing a two-hour pump flow test and/or a four-hour pump flow test (including measuring the well head static water level and the restrictions regarding the removal of a well head cap / well head seal). The course also covers calculating well pump flow when the cistern cannot be isolated from the system. This class includes hands-on training in the testing of well pump flow, well pump current testing / measurement, and measuring the well pressure tank air pre-charge.

- identify the different types of wells;
- perform a proper water test;
- check the well meter and interpret the results;
- understand static water testing and what it tells you about the well;

Become a Sewer Scope Inspector in this one-day, hands-on training held at the InterNACHI® House of Horrors®. Certified Master Inspector® and InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector® Jim Krumm will be the instructor. You'll learn how to perform sewer scope inspections, identify and describe pipes and defects observed during the inspection, and add this ancillary inspection to your business in the most profitable way. You'll be using a few different types of sewer scopes and cameras. And you'll be inspecting various types of pipe and defects purposely installed in the plumbing system at the House of Horrors®.

Florida Mold Assessor & Remediator Continuing Education Training at InterNACHI’s Florida House of Horrors®

During this two-day class, you'll learn how to perform a mold assessment and complete mold remediation work in the state of Florida.
After completion of this class, you'll be able to:
Licensed mold assessors and remediators will receive 14 continuing education hours towards their Florida home inspector license. FL DBPR Course approval number: 0000467. This class also qualifies for 14 InterNACHI® continuing education credits.
After completion of this class, you'll be able to:
- inspect for moisture intrusion;
- perform assessments for mold growth;
- do remediation work with regard to mold safety; and
- communicate by writing effective reports;
- follow a Standards of Practice for mold assessment and remediation.
