CCPIA's Introduction to Commercial Property Inspections Class at InterNACHI’s Pennsylvania House of Horrors®

In a series of lectures and class discussions, students will learn about the most significant differences between commercial and residential inspections, ranging from business practices to building systems and components. $595 USD (Early Bird Pricing) $695 USD (Regular Pricing) Thermal imaging is an invaluable tool that helps the inspector identify issues with the HVAC and electrical systems, as well as detect moisture problems. It's also crucial for inspecting radiant floor and ceiling heat, and much more. This CRT Training will teach students about the science of thermography, how to operate an infrared camera, how to interpret results, and how to recognize the limitations of thermal imaging. Students will leave the session with a solid foundation of thermal imaging's capabilities and applications, as well as the confidence and competence to immediately put that knowledge to use. Each attendee successfully completing all requirements and a final exam will become a Certified Residential Thermographer. This training is conducted by Monroe Infrared.
